You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the date your item(s) were received. To receive a refund, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt; items must be returned unopened and in their original condition as when they left us. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We'll refund your order once we've received and processed the safely returned item within 30 calendar days.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a duty to take responsible care of the products whilst they are in your possession. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the Products, we reserve the right to refund you less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the products or to cover any loss. For paint products that have been opened, used or damaged we reserve the right to not issue a refund.

Returns- Private United Kingdom customers have certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000 (the regulations)

LoveLove Designs offers the following returns policy:

Returns of unopened and resaleable items are accepted within 14 days from date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. Any customer wishing to do so must notify the vendor in writing to LoveLove Designs, 20c Main Street, Ballynahinch, BT24 8DN, by telephpne 07738618795, or email lovelovedesigns@live.so.uk.

As a further condition of the right to return, customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition to the address referred to above within 14 days of purchase. P&P fees will deducted from the any refund. The goods will be redeemed returned when they are actually received by the vendor at the said address. Pending the return of the goods they must be kept in good condition. Customers shall be entitled to a full refund (less any charges see above) on full compliance with the foregoing. Any goods made to customers specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right to cancel. Frenchic paint and products opened or damaged will not be refunded.

If after making a purchase you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund immediately as long as your order has not be dispatched. If your order has been dispatched it will be refunded once you have returned it to us as above.
